Our Summer Luau in Algona has been concluded with our goal to have fun delivered to our loving community last August 26, 2023.
ACRS Senior Lunch
Senior Lunch Program is back!!!
All Seniors and Not-so Seniors are all invited to join us with social activities every Thursday, beginning June 8, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
We will be providing Hot meals, Healthy activities, line dancing and food. Donation is at $4.00 for Seniors and non-Seniors at $5.00. This will be spearheaded by our beloved, Donna Fernandez.
Annual Meet and Greet BBQ Picnic Potluck
Our Annual Meet and Greet BBQ Picnic was held on July 9, 2023. We thank all the members who shared their generosity for our potluck. A galore of food were enjoyed by the members, guests and volunteers. It was a tremendous success and everyone had fun. Door prizes and games were enjoyed by everyone. We thank the generosity of all the prizes donors, our in-house Dj “DJ Henry Lirio provided music for the enjoyment of our ever loyal members who loved dancing. This year’s event was spearheaded by Violet Aesquivel. Special thanks to all those who volunteered and spare time to help this event. See you all again next year!
2023 FIESTA in Algona
This year’s Fiesta in Algona was a resounding success! Over 100 people enjoyed our family friendly event. Fiesta showcased our community’s rich cultural traditions through music, dance, art, and a gorgeous parade of traditional outfits and showcase of Filipino native dances.
Fiesta was only possible thanks to the generosity of the event vendors, and the committed work of our amazing community volunteers and members of our FACPS Family. A huge THANK YOU to them, as well as to participating vendors, artists and audience for making Fiesta a big success.

FACPS Cultural Dance Troupe is Back!
Introduced by F.A.C.P.S. to the community in September 2015, is the “FACPS Cultural Dance Troupe!” The FACPS Dance Troupe is comprised of volunteer dancers of adults and youth.
